Research Interests

  • Theory of ultracold atomic and molecular collisions.
  • The intrigue of polar molecules is the interaction of their electric dipole moments, which is long range and anisotropic.
  • The production of ultracold dipolar gases will produce many novel quantum systems.
  • In anticipation of these systems and aiding in their achievement, I research the general character of scattering ground state polar molecules as the collision energy approaches zero.

Selected Publications

  • Energy dependence of scattering ground-state polar molecules
